Rachael Holder is a writer and director whose web series, I LOVE LUCY & BEKKA, starring Golden Globe winner Gina Rodriguez, was accepted into the LA Film Festival in 2015. The adaptation of that series, I LOVE BEKKA & LUCY, was produced by Warner Brothers’ Stage 13 and premiered worldwide at SXSW in 2017. It is currently nominated for 2018 Emmy. Rachael was recently listed as a female director to watch by the Alice Initiative, a group of studio executives and producers who want to see more female directors at the helm of films. She received her MFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.
